A Group for Burnt Out Women

An 8-Week Online Group Experience

This group is for women who look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside — but inside feel exhausted, resentful, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.

You may be someone who gives a lot. You show up. You carry responsibility. You’ve learned how to keep going — often at the cost of your own needs, pleasure, and vitality. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with your aliveness, your voice, or your sense of direction.

This group is an invitation to pause the over-functioning and remember yourself again.

Together, we will create a supportive, relational space where you don’t have to hold it all alone — and don’t have to have it all figured out.

What This Group Is

It is a guided group experience rooted in connection, embodiment, and shared humanity.

Each group will be different, shaped by the women who gather.

Sessions may include:

  • Gentle movement and body-based practices

  • Creative and emotional expression

  • Journaling and reflective prompts

  • Group discussion and shared inquiry

  • Nature connection activities

  • Practices that reconnect you with pleasure, authenticity, power, and vitality

  • Opportunities to be witnessed — without fixing, advising, or performing

Rather than pushing for change, we’ll focus on listening — to your body, your inner rhythms, and what’s been asking for attention beneath the burnout.

Although this group will be focused on growth, reflection and connection; it is not a therapy group or a substitute for psychotherapy

What We’re Exploring

This group is especially for women who:

  • Feel resentful, depleted, or chronically overwhelmed

  • Have spent years prioritizing others over themselves

  • Feel numb, disconnected, or unsure who they are anymore

  • Long to feel more alive, grounded, and authentic

  • Crave real connection and community — not more self-improvement

We’re interested in what happens when women are given space to slow down, tell the truth, and reconnect with their own life force — together.

Rooting and Rewilding Women’s Group

Join me for a 6-week women’s group rooted in the energy of Autumn — a season of shedding, transition, and reflection. Together, we’ll explore what you’re ready to release and how to welcome the shifts this season invites.

This skills-based group weaves together nature connection with therapeutic practices to support you in times of transition. You’ll learn tools for regulation, step into greater authenticity, and practice slowing down so you can feel more grounded and connected throughout the Autumn season and beyond.
