Community Connection:

Group Therapy, Workshops & Retreats

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationship. Whether it’s through conversation, shared experiences in nature, or the simple presence of others who see, hear, and understand you, being part of a supportive community is powerful medicine. My group offerings create space for connection, growth, and transformation through shared experience.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a unique and powerful way to explore personal challenges in a supportive setting. Whether focused on attachment, personal growth, or nervous system regulation, these small, intimate groups offer a space to be witnessed, practice new ways of relating, and experience the healing power of human connection.

Group therapy takes place in natural settings; whether that’s with horses, in a local park, or in the backcountry.

Workshops & Community Events

I offer workshops designed to deepen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and connection to the natural world. These gatherings blend experiential learning, mindfulness, and relational work, creating opportunities to step outside of daily routines and into intentional, growth-oriented spaces.

Eco-Therapeutic Programming

Nature is a profound teacher and mirror for our own inner landscapes. My eco-therapeutic programs weave together nature connection, nature education, and nature recreation to help participants slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

Day Retreats

For those craving a deeper reset, day retreats offer a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and immerse in a day of healing, reflection, and connection. These retreats incorporate nature, experiential practices, and group work to support personal growth and renewal.

Whether you’re seeking healing, self-discovery, or a space to connect with like-minded others, my group offerings provide a unique opportunity to grow in relationship—with yourself, with others, and with the land.

*Some offerings are therapy, while others are therapeutic but not considered psychotherapy.*
