Join me for a 6-week women’s group rooted in the energy of Autumn — a season of shedding, transition, and reflection. Together, we’ll explore what you’re ready to release and how to welcome the shifts this season invites.

This skills-based therapy group weaves together nature connection with therapeutic practices to support you in times of transition. You’ll learn tools for regulation, step into greater authenticity, and practice slowing down so you can feel more grounded and connected throughout the Autumn season and beyond.

Dates: Wednesdays; Oct 1, Oct 8, Oct 15, Oct 22, Oct 29, Nov 5 (6 weeks)

Time: 4:30 – 6:00 pm

Location: Private land in Durango, CO (details provided upon registration)

Cost: $50 per session ($300 total)
